At my church last Sunday, a missionary from Africa came and spoke. After listening to him, I am more excited for this trip than ever before. But with that excitement, there is a little bit of nervousness that arises. Unknown situations,  I believe, brings this feeling to life. But the unknown also brings me more excitement. I love meeting new people, and I love experiencing new things. Therefore, my expectations for this trip are high! At the same time, I expect God to not only use me to bring happiness to others, but I also expect Him to change my heart and my life. Having God change my heart is a wonderful thing, but it is also a very hard and humbling experience as well.

   So, I expect our team to be used by God in an unbelievable and unforgetable way, but at the same time, I expect to be broken and changed in a beautiful yet difficult way.
